After Service Consent
Firstly，we thank you all for your confidence and support to Shanghai Jiechi Cleaning Equiptment Co. Ltd., we use our tenet of quality first, continuous innovation and satisfying service to beat our competitors and maintain our customers. Service is the extension of sales and also the start of the sales. With our good quality products and over 10 years industry experience, we here sincerely promise:
1. All products bought from us，we will provide free operation training, onsitedebugging and correct mistake made during
　 operation. We will provide free detailedmachine’s technique parameters, performance character instructions,
　 manipulation instructions(machine’s power supply requirements，transportation requirements，machine’s installation,
　 debugging and manipulation orders).

2. Our company will provide one year warranteen to cleaning equiptments.

3. Within warranteen period，our company will repair the machines with quality problem, not including the machines damaged
　 by human mistake. We will not provide warranteen to easy damaged parts, such as body shell, Brush plate, needle plate,
　 suction tape etc.
4. After warranteen, our company will provide maintainance service for a long period,and supply spare parts with discounted 　
　 price.
5. Our company store a large amount of general machine spare parts，machine material and easy damaged parts to satisfy
　 customer’s requirements，for customers within Shanghai region, based on parts circs we will promise deliver spare parts to
　 customers within 12 hours and let the machine work again. For customers outside Shanghai region，we will promise deliver
　 parts to your hands by express mail within 24 hours.
6. If the above mentioned after service items are not complete for your company,
　we can make an additional agreement.
